SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS for our shipping needs. Please make sure that your address is correct to ensure that you will receive your package. If we are notified that the address is not valid or verified when requesting a shipping label, we will reach out to you. If you are wanting a different carrier, please reach out prior to ordering as this will be a charge to you.
NOTE: We will hold the order until you respond with a confirmation of a valid address.

Every creation goes through a quality review to ensure it is held up to our standards. We are not responsible for wear & tear and shipping damages.
For your knowledge prior to purchase, we wrap glass items in bubble wrap and butcher kraft paper to ensure there is little to no movement inside the box. We add fragile stickers to the outside as well.
If the product comes damaged, it is best to reach out to USPS. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please know that this policy may change in the future and we're willing to have a conversation if an obstacle arises.
